About the Role
Lynden Door Trucking, LLC is looking for a Transportation Safety Supervisor to support a positive safety culture across our operations. This role is responsible for driver training, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with drivers, supervisors, and other teams to keep safety front and center.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and hands-on training for new drivers
- Deliver regular and remedial training using tools like PeopleNet and performance data
- Monitor DOT, FMCSA, and OSHA compliance including logbook audits and drug testing
- Respond to accidents and manage follow-up processes including insurance coordination
- Investigate complaints or incidents and document outcomes
- Maintain safety records, inspection reports, and compliance documentation
- Conduct periodic audits of equipment, vehicles, and documentation
- Lead safety meetings and promote a proactive safety culture
- Attend industry events and stay informed on best practices
- Assist with other safety-related projects as needed

Qualifications
- Strong understanding of FMCSA, DOT, and OSHA regulations
- Familiar with logbook systems, PeopleNet, and safety monitoring tools
- Confident communicator and trainer who works well across teams
- Organized, with solid problem-solving and follow-through skills
- Calm under pressure and committed to continuous improvement
- Leadership, transportation safety, or fleet experience is a plus
- Degree in a related field is a plus
